Kanpur Crime News: Daughter-in-Law Allegedly Watched Father-in-Law’s Murder Live on Mobile While Dancing at Lounge

Kanpur (Bureau). A shocking revelation has emerged in the murder case of pharmaceutical businessman Vineet Minocha. According to the investigation, when the accused were allegedly attacking Vineet Minocha with a knife, his son Subrat Minocha and daughter-in-law Shalu Arora Minocha were reportedly dancing to Bollywood songs at a lounge in Tilak Nagar.

The party had been booked by Subrat at Cosmozin Lounge, Tilak Nagar. The party was scheduled to begin at around 11:30 pm, but Subrat and Shalu reportedly reached the lounge at around 10:30 pm.

Daughter-in-law allegedly watched the murder live

A video from the lounge has reportedly surfaced during the investigation. In the footage, Shalu can be seen holding a mobile phone while dancing. According to the investigation, accused Vishal Gautam was allegedly showing her a live video of Vineet Minocha being attacked.

The footage is now being examined by investigators. Police are also investigating the circumstances surrounding the video calls and other digital evidence connected with the case.

According to the information available, 46 video calls were deleted, and the technical wing is attempting to recover the deleted data.

Around 20-25 people attended the party

The lounge footage reportedly shows around 20 to 25 people attending the party, most of them appearing to be couples. Bollywood songs were playing and the guests were seen dancing.

Subrat was reportedly wearing a grey shirt, while Shalu was wearing a modern outfit. The footage allegedly shows Shalu dancing at different times with her husband and other women at the party.

One of the songs playing in the background reportedly included lyrics referring to betrayal and broken promises.

Investigators are examining the footage and the behaviour of the people present at the party as part of the ongoing murder investigation.

Son and daughter-in-law seen dancing

The footage reportedly shows Subrat dancing sometimes with his wife and sometimes with other friends. Shalu is also seen dancing during the party.

Police are examining whether the party and the alleged live video connection were related to the murder and whether the digital evidence can establish the sequence of events.

After the murder, when police reached the house, Subrat was reportedly seen wearing the same shirt that he had been wearing while dancing at the lounge, according to the investigation details.

Technical team examining deleted video calls

The police technical wing is working to recover the 46 deleted video calls. Investigators are examining call records, mobile data, videos and other digital evidence to establish communication between the people allegedly connected with the murder.

The recovered digital evidence could be important in determining what happened before, during and after the murder.

The investigation is ongoing, and the allegations against the accused will ultimately be determined through the evidence collected by the police and the judicial process.
